Getting started using DivvyWork is fast, easy and free. Simply go to the sign up page and sign up for your free 30 day trail. Once this is completed we will reach out to you to help you get your company setup on the system. There is a little you have to learn to make it easier so we will point you in the right direction to get up and running. It would be completely possible for someone to figure out the system by themselves but having someone walk you through some of the basics will save time. This is particularly true when onboarding for the first time. Most of the functionality of DivvyWork is self-explanatory but setting up locations, departments, positions, and employee accounts can be a little tricky so we will help you through this transition.
When you get started we will offer you a 1 hour training session free of charge to help you get your company up and running fast. This training session will include the best ways to set up your company's internal structure in the system. How to create and manage employee accounts and how you can give or restrict access by employee or by position. We will also look at the different types of inventory there are in the system and explain how each of them can be used. I system is simple and not filled with a lot of bells and whistles that you really don't need so figuring out how to do things is pretty simple once you get a little help. Although with any change there are apprehensions, don't worry too much, we will work hard to make your transition as pain free as possible.
